| Further information | Dear stakeholders, As you will be aware, the Department for Health & Social Care has asked NICE to carry out a Single Technology Appraisal of TSID 11940 Basal insulin icodec–semaglutide for treating type 2 diabetes inadequately controlled with daily basal insulin. For information, the company have advised that they are no longer seeking to launch this product in the UK. Therefore, NICE has decided to suspend this appraisal from its current work programme. |
